AbstractAsourmilitaryreformunceasinglythorough,equipmentsparepartsmanagementforequipmentsupportsystemisbecomingmoreandmoreimportantandreceivedmoreconcern.Theefficiencyofequipmentsparepartsmanagementwilldirectlyaffecttheforceofthedailycombatreadiness,trainingandcarryoutdiversifiedmilitarytasks.Therefore,thisthesisfocuseshowtocombinethecurrentresearchontheadvancedtheories,tofurtherimprovethesparepartsmanagementawareness,toclearthemanagementdecision-makingtrainofthought,howtoimproveequipmentsparepartsmanagementbenefitsscientificallyandeffectivelyunderlimitedcosts.Firstofall,thecharacteristicsofsparepartsandprincipleofclassificationofsparepartsareanalyzedandthemanagementcharacteristicsoftheequipmentsparepartsaresummarized.Thecurrentproblemsofequipmentsparepartsmanagementareconcludedandthecorrespondingoptimizationstrategyisputforward.Moreover,wealsopointsoutthatusingthequantitativeanalysistoimprovetheequipmentsparepartsmanagementlevelisaneffectiveway.Secondly,theproblemofanenterpriseofinitialsparepartsquantitywasdiscussedunderthereliabilityconstraint,analgorithmusingdifferentialevolutionalgorithmisproposedbasedonthecharacterofthemodel.Thirdly,theinventorystrategiesofanenterprisewereanalyzed,amulti-objective(Q,r)modelisconstructedunderthreecriteriaofminimizationoftheannualexpectedtotalrelevantcost,theannualexpectedfrequencyofstock-outoccasions,andtheannualexpectednumberofstock-outsquality.AhybridalgorithmisdesignedusingGAanddifferentialevolutionalgorithmtogeneratenon-dominatedsolutions.Then,anentropytheory-basedtechniquefororderpreferencebysimilaritytoidealsolutionisadoptedtosortthenon-dominatedsolutionstogiveusefuladvicesfordecisionmakers.Keywords:Equipmentspareparts;initialamount;multi-objective;(Q,r)model;differentialevolutionalgorithm目录摘要...................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................................................................................
