(2)在统计软件操作得分上,撰写及发表过护理论文者、经常阅读期刊及参与学术培训者、18岁~及51岁~年龄段者、男性、研究生及以上、工作1年~及11年~者得分相对高些。(3)在论文写作得分上,撰写及发表过护理论文者、经常阅读期刊及参与学术培训者、41岁~年龄段者、已婚、研究生及以上、副主任护师及以上、护士长及以上、护理管理岗位、工作21年~、正式在编者得分相对高些。(4)在科研基础知识得分上,撰写及发表过护理论文者、经常阅读期刊及参与学术培训者、31岁~年龄段者、男性、研究生及以上、副主任护师及以上、护士长及以上、工作11年~及16年~、正式在编者得分相对高些。(5)在统计学知识得分上,撰写及发表过护理论文者、经常阅读期刊及参与学术培训者、男性、研究生及以上、护士长及以上者得分相对高些。6.个人特征对科研能力总分、统计软件操作得分、论文写作得分、科研基础知识得分、统计学知识得分有影响。其中,男性、护士长及以上、撰写过护理论文、经常阅读期刊、经常参加学术培训的护理人员获得科研能力总分高的可能性相当大;男性、副主任护师及以上者、护士长及以上、经常参加学术培训的护理人员获得统计软件操作得分高的可能性相当大,工作年限越长,其统计软件操作得分低的可能性越大;而撰写过护理论文、经常参加学术培训的护理人员获得论文写作得分高的可能性相当大;护士长及以上、撰写过护理论文、经常参加学术培训的护理人员科研基础知识得分高的可能性很大;最后学历为研究生及以上者、撰写过护理论文、经常参加学术培训者统计学知识得分高的可能性非常大。7.临床护理人员科研能力需要提高,护理管理者应该采取相应的措施:护理管理者应加强男护的教育与培养;端正护理人员的护理科研动机;鼓励护理人员参加学历的继续教育;鼓励论文的撰写;重视对年轻护理人员的培养和引导;充分发挥护士长的带头作用;鼓励阅读期刊,参加多种形式的学术培训等,以此提高临床护理人员的科研能力水平。关键词:护理科研;科研能力;相关因素;临床护理人员StudyontheclinicalnursesscientificresearchcapacityandrelatedfactorsPostgraduate:YuanHongyanTutor:FangHanpingAbstractNursingdevelopmentdependsonthecauseofnursingresearchandutilizationofresearchandnursingscientificresearchisconsideredtobethebasisfordevelopmentofNursingScience.However,thereisaverybiggapinnursingresearchcomparedwithotherareasofmedicalresearchinChina,especiallynursingresearchinclinicalnursingstaffisverydifficult,whichdisplayslowlevels.Therefore,howtodealwithadversefactorsaffectingdevelopmentofnursingresearchinclinicalnurses,topromotenursingscientificresearchactivitiespositively,actively,orcaringly,isoneoftheimportantissuesplacedinfrontofnursingadministratorsandnursingresearch.Itistheprerequisiteforimprovingthecurrentsituationofnursingresearchlagsandguaranteeingthesounddevelopmentofnursingsciencebystudyingonthescientificresearchabilitylevelofclinicalnursingstaffanditsinfluentialfactors.AimsThisresearchwasdesignedtoinvestigatethecurrentsituationoftheresearchandresearchabilitylevelofclinicalnursingpersonnelinHubeiProvinceteachinghospitals,andtoexaminehowindividualsocio-demographiccharacteristicsvariablestothisintent,aswellastoexploret
