中西医结合疗法对重型颅脑损伤患者免疫功能机制影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 为提高重型颅脑损伤患者的临床治愈率，本研究旨在探讨应用中西医结合疗法治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效，并进一步探讨中西医结合疗法对重型颅脑损伤患者免疫功能的机制的影响。 方法 入选确诊的64例重型颅脑损伤患者，随机分为研究组30例（中西医治疗）和对照组34例（西医治疗）。 结果 研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.231，P＜0.05），研究组的免疫功能各项指标（IFN-r、IL-4、IFN-r/IL-4）在治疗的第1，3，7，14天均较对照组明显改善，差异有统计学意义。 结论 中西医结合疗法对重型颅脑损伤患者疗效确切，且能明显改善患者的免疫功能，值得推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 重型颅脑损伤；中西医结合；免疫功能；清开灵 　　[中图分类号] R651.1+5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）01-064-02 　　 　　Influence of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for immune mechanism on patients with severe traumatic brain injury 　　YAO Zhongping 　　Department of Cerebral Surgery, Pinghu Hospital of TCM in Zhejiang Province, Pinghu 314200, China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of severe brain injury patients, and further to explore the effect of this method on immune function of severe brain injury patients. Methods All of 64 cases selected for diagnosis in patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into study group of 30 patients (combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine) and the control group of 34 patients (western medicine). Results The total efficiency rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.231, P＜0.05). The immune function indicators (IFN-r, IL-4, IFN-r/IL-4) of the research group treatment the first day 1, 3, 7, 14 was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.
