ResearchofthePostEvaluationMechanismontheImplementationof“QualityEngineering”ProjectsinUndergraduateEducationABSTRACTInordertobuildaninnovativecountryandasocialistharmonioussociety,thereformanddevelopmentofhighereducationfocusonimprovingthequality.TheMinistryofEducation,MinistryofFinanceimplementedthe“QualityEngineering”In2007.Withtheimplementationof“Qualityengineering”Projects,wehaveachievedfruitfulresultsinrecentyears,buttherearemanyproblems.Forexample，theuniversitypayattentiontodeclareandlackconstruction.Thegovernmentattachimportancetoreviewandlacksupervision.Theeffectofconstructionprojectsisnotobvious.Therefore,wecombinedwiththeactualimplementationof“QualityEngineering”constructionprojects,proposetoestablishtheeffectivepostevaluationmechanismin“QualityEngineering”projectmanagement,Evaluatingandmonitoringtheprojects.ProvidethereferencestonationaleducationadministrativedepartmentforthesystemandpolicyofpostevaluationineducationconstructionprojectsinChina.Thearticleintegratedthesystemofcontrolandfeedbacktheoryandpost-evaluationtheorytoproofthenecessityandfeasibilityoftheestablishmentofthepostevaluationmechanismin“QualityEngineering”projects.Themaincontentsareasfollows:(l)Studyontheconeeptionsof“Qualityengineering”Projects，theconstructionmodelof“Qualityengineering”.Clarifytherelationshipbetweenprojectapprovalandconstruction.Definingtheconeeptionsofevaluationandmechanism,abstractingtheelementsofpostevaluationmechanism,inoedertosettlethetheoreticalbasisfortheconstructionofpostevaluationmechanisminprojectmanagement.Studyontheconstructiongoalandexpectedresultsandanalysisthesituationoftheconstructionprojects,Pointingouttheexistingproblems.Weanalysisthereasonsofthesefromthenewregulationseconomics,andknowthelackofevaluationmechanismin“QualityEngineering”projects.Baseonthis,weproposetoestablishthepostevaluationmechanismin“QualityEngineering”projectsmanagement.Wefirmlyholdofprincipallineoftheexistingproblemsintheimplementationof“QualityEngineering”projects,onthebasisofproject
