AbstractTheprincipalgoalofmodernenterprisefinancialmanagementistomaximizeenterprisevalue,torealizethisgoal,youneedtomeasuretheenterprisevalueandtheabilitytocreatevalueforenterpriseseffectivelyandformtheconceptofvaluemanagementwhichwithvalueevaluationandvaluecreationastwocorestoguidethebusinessactivitiesofenterprisesandsustainabledevelopment.Inthisresearch,weintroduceEVAintoagriculturallistedcompaniesasthecorporatevaluecreationmetrics，analyzethecapitalmakingcapacityoflistedagriculturalcompaniesquantitativelyintheuseofempiricalresearchmethodsandwithvaluationandvaluecreationcapacityasthemainobjects,andthenanalyzeandinterpretetheresults,diggingadeepimpactfactorsoftheEVAtofindamethodtoenhancethevalueoflistedagriculturalcompaniesandtheabilitytocreatevalue.Thestudyisdividedintothefollowingsections:ThefirstpartistheintroductionofindicatorsofEVAandEVAvalueassessmenttheory.Firstly,introducethetheoreticalbasisoftheEVA,includingtheconceptofEVA、theadjustmentsofEVAandEVAformula.Secondly,buildtheEVAvaluationmodels,focusingonthethreebasicvalueevaluationmodels:Gordongrowthmodel,two-stagemodelandthree-stagemodelandtheir’suserange.Finally,indicatetheadvantagesandlimitationsofthetheEVAindexandEVAvalueassessmentmodel.ThesecondpartistheEVAempiricalanalysisoflistedagriculturalcompanies.Weselecte32studysamples,accordingtothesamples’annualfinancialdataintheyearof2007to2011,calculateeconomicvalueadded(EVA)ofeachsampleineachyear,andthenanalyzetheabilitytocreatevalueoflistedagriculturalcompaniesquantitatively.Accordingtotheempiricalresults,wethenanalyzetheinfluentialfactorsofEVAinlistedagriculturalcompanies.Finally,explorethepathtoenhancethevalueoflistedagriculturalcompanies.Keywords:ListedAgriculturalCompanies,EVA,Valueassessment,Valuecreation目录摘要.................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................................................................................II1绪论.............
