AbstractThereasonwhyMarxwrotethebookCritiqueofHegel’sPhilosophyofRightiscloselyrelatedtohislawthoughtsandthedevelopingprocessesinhisearlyperiods.MarxwasaffectedbytheHegelianlawphilosophyafterfinishinguniversity.Hethoughtthatlawwastheproductandpresentationof“rationalism”or“reasoning”.But,oncecontactedtotherealworld,Marxfoundthathecouldnotsolvetheactualproblemswiththetheory.So,hecametorealizethattheopinionsonnationsandlawsreceivedofHegelwerequitedifferentfromtherealworld.Obviouslythereisasharpdiscrepancybetweenthem.Toalargeextent,thispushedhimtointrospectHegelian’slawphilosophy.ThroughtheinterpretationofthebookCritiqueofHegel’sPhilosophyofRight,whichisMarx’searlierworks,thearticlemakesacardinginHegel’slawphilosophywithcriticalandtranscendentalthought.Itcarriedonakindofcriticalfeelinginmetaphysicstotheformerlawphilosophy.Part1inthistext,thoughtisaninheritedprocess,sothispaperelucidatesandarrangesthethoughtsofMarx’slawphilosophy.ThebookCritiqueofHegel’sPhilosophyofRightisMarxfromHegel’sidealism,philosophyandworldnewofachievingthefirsttimethebeginningofchange.MarxintheKeluocinaheNotesWritinginthethinkingoftheresultsobtainedandontherightinthisFeuerbachupsidedownapproach,confirmedthatMarxismWritingCritiqueofHegelsPhilosophyofRightideologicalfoundation.ThispaperalsorevealstheCritiqueofHegel’sPhilosophyofRightintheMarxistphilosophyoftheposition:itwasrealizedfromMarxistmaterialismtoidealism,fromcommunismtodemocracyrevolution,andthusthecreationofanewsystemforthePhilosophyofLawall-roundpreparationsfortheimportantthinkingoftheimportanthistoricalstatus;Inaddition,theCritiqueofHegelsPhilosophyofRight,abookalsowritingtotheinitialunderstandingoftheMarxisteconomicrelationsinthehistoryofhumansocietyanimportantpositioninthefield,helaterfromtheeconomicfieldinterpretationofthehistoricaldevelopmentofhumansocietylaw,andlaidanimportantideologicalfoundation.ElementsofthephilosophyofrightwrittenbyHegelathisoldageisthefirstcompletioninhislawphilosophycompletedsystem,whichwasfilledwithspeculati
