中文摘要目的：通过动物实验观察皮部滚针对局部皮肤细胞免疫功能的影响，并探讨其机理。方法： 20 只 SD 大鼠随机分为空白对照组（n＝6）、模型组（n＝7）和滚针组（n＝7）。对模型组及滚针组的大鼠进行腹腔注射 D-半乳糖，以造成亚急性衰老模型。对滚针组的动物施行滚针治疗，滚针操作在足太阳膀胱经第一侧线从肺俞穴至肾俞穴，由上而下顺经脉循行滚动；督脉从命门穴至大椎穴由下而上顺经脉循行滚动。4 周后，采用免疫组织化学技术（ICH）检测皮肤细胞中 IL-12、 CD80 、MHC-Ⅱ及波形蛋白的表达水平。结果：（1）皮部滚针能提高亚急性衰老大鼠的皮肤细胞 IL-12 的水平，差异有极显著性意义（P＜0.01）；（2）皮部滚针能提高亚急性衰老大鼠的皮肤细胞 CD80 的水平，差异有极显著性意义（P＜0.01）；（3）皮部滚针能提高亚急性衰老大鼠的皮肤细胞 MHC-Ⅱ的水平，但差异没有统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；（4）皮部滚针能提高亚急性衰老大鼠的皮肤细胞波形蛋白的水平，但差异没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：皮部滚针可提高皮肤细胞 IL-12、CD80 、MHC-Ⅱ及波形蛋白的水平，从而说明滚针增强了局部皮肤细胞免疫功能。关键词皮部；滚针；细胞免疫；实验研究ABSTRACTObjective：To observe the effect and the mechanism of the cellular immune function of the skin with GunZhen through the animal experiment.Methods:Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group(n=6), the model group(n=7),and the GunZhen group(n=7). Rats in the model group and the GunZhen group were made with intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, which can make subacute senile model. Rats in the GunZhen group were treated with GunZhen. Manipulation of GunZhen is from upward to downward in first siding line of the urinary bladder channel of foot taiyang and from downward to upward inDu channel. 4 weeks later, make use of ICH to detect the levels of IL-12、CD80、MHC-Ⅱ and Vimentin in the cell of the skin.Results:The skin GunZhen therapy can raise the level of IL-12 of the skin cell of the subacute senile rats, and there are significantly different(P＜0.01).The skin GunZhen therapy can raise the level of CD80 of the skin cell of the subacute senile rats, and there are significantly different(P＜0.01).The skin GunZhen therapy can raise the level of MHC-Ⅱ of the skin cell of the subacute senile rats, but there are not significantly different(P＞0.05).The skin GunZhen therapy can raise the level of Vimentin of the skin cell of the subacute senile rats, but there are not significantly different(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The skin GunZhen therapy can raise the levels of IL-12、CD80、MHC-Ⅱ and Vimentin of the skin cell of t
