摘要本文采用分光光度法与化学发光法相结合的分析方法对皮革生产以及成品皮革当 中的 Cr（Ⅲ）以及 Cr（Ⅵ）的含量分别进行了测定。讨论了皮革在生产以及使用过程 中造成 Cr（Ⅵ）含量超标的原因。另外，本文在研究过程中发现了铝元素对于鲁米诺- 过氧化氢- Cr（Ⅲ）化学发光体系的发光强度具有明显的抑制作用，并且研究了采用铝 抑制化学发光法测定了粮食作物当中铝元素含量的方法。论文工作主要包含两部分：1、皮革当中的 Cr（Ⅵ）是皮革工业当中主要的污染物之一，皮革工业中的 Cr（Ⅵ） 超标严重影响了皮革的安全使用，阻碍了皮革工业的进一步发展。本文研究了皮革生产 以及使用过程当中 Cr（Ⅵ）产生的原因和条件。研究分光光度法与化学发光法联用技术， 并通过对该方法的实验条件进行优化建立了同时测定水溶液当中的 Cr（Ⅲ）和 Cr（Ⅵ） 浓度的方法。经过对皮革生产过程的监控、取样和调查，将皮革样品采用标准方法进行 剪裁、浸提处理，对皮革生产过程的主要工序段的样皮中的 Cr（Ⅲ）和 Cr（Ⅵ）浓度 进行测定。这些进一步为皮革当中 Cr（Ⅵ）产生的原因提供了研究依据。2、铝是一种低浓度存在于生物样本当中被报道与人类的神经性疾病有关的元素， 本文尝试采用流动注射化学发光法对于大米、小米、绿豆、豆角中的铝离子含量进行测 量。基于铝对鲁米诺- H2O2-Cr(Ⅲ)化学发光体系的抑制作用建立了流动注射-抑制化学发 光法，样品发光值和空白值之差 ?I 与铝离子浓度成良好线性关系。线性范围 1×10-5～ 1×10-7g·ml-1。检出限为 0.0229mg·L-1。此方法线性范围较宽，干扰小，操作简单，低成 本，适合于大批量样品测量。关键词：皮革 Cr（Ⅲ） Cr（Ⅵ） 化学发光法 分光光度法 铝 抑制化学发光法流动注 射IIIAbst r actIn this paper, the contents of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) in leather production as well as finished leather were determined by the combination analytical method of Spectrophotometry and Chemiluminescence. Also, the reasons of high Cr (Ⅵ) content in the process of leatherproduction and usage are discussed. Meanwhile, in the course of the study, it is found that Al elements have obvious inhibiting action on luminous intensity of Luminol - hydrogenperoxide – Cr (Ⅲ) chemiluminescence system, while discussing the method of the flowinjection inhibitory chemiluminescence which determines the Al content of crops.This paper includes two parts as follows:The high Cr (Ⅵ) content, which is one of major pollutants in the leather industry, has a severe effect on leather’s safe use, and blocks the future development of leather industry. This paper discussed the reasons and conditions of creating Cr (Ⅵ) in the usage process ofleather production.
