企业研发人员激励研究 ---以 GT 公司为例 Abstract Today it is knowledge-based economy, so innovation is the core drive of enterprise and even country development. Technical innovation is resource of enterprise and effective weapons of competition. Thus, human resource involving in innovation will be a key factor in enterprise developing.In future, one trend of enterprise business operation is that enterprise manager will not play the role of authority but spur staff in more effective methods. So the staff can develop their potential to create the most benefits. Today it is knowledge-based economy, so innovation is the core drive of enterprise and even country development. Technical innovation is resource of enterprise and effective weapons of competition. Thus, human resource involving in innovation will be a key factor in enterprise developing.This thesis is based on motivation theories and knows the motivation situation of enterprise’s researchers by means of situation investigation in related enterprise. General enterprise motivation model is established after demonstration and analysis. Some improvement solutions are proposed by GT motivation case study.This thesis covers six parts.The first part is introduction, introducing research background, purpose and methods;The second part summarizes the theories and introduces definition and functions of motivation, psychological requirements and process, behavior process, and motivation theory development trend.In the third part, this paper analyzes the motivation situation of enterprise. It obtained that there is some problem in researcher motivation by questionnaire. And summarized the result of the relevant problems.According to questionnaire result, the fourth part puts forward 3 levels of motivation solutions and motivation policies of four different stages of career.
