AbstractWiththecomingofknowledgeeconomyera,thehumanresourcesmoreandmorebecomethemostimportantcoreresourceofenterprise.Thefocusofcompetitionbetweenenterprisesistransferredfromthecapitalandtechnologythosetraditionalresourcestothehumanresources.Thestrengthofthecompetitivepowerofenterprisedependsonthepowerofabilityofitsemployees,dependsontheenterprisedevelopmentdegreeofitshumanresource.Toenableenterprisesactivelyrespondtochallengesfromallsidesandisinadvantagepositionincompetition,wemustfullyrecognizetheenterprisehumanresourcesmanagementsituationandexistingproblems,strengthenthetrainingwork,developthestaffspotential,toenhancethequalityofstaff.Howtoimprovetheoverallqualityofemployees,tokeepthestaffconceptassameasenterprise’culture,tomaintainuniformstafftechnicalskillsandtheneedsofenterprisedevelopment,tomaintainuniformstafftoupdatetheknowledgeandthechangeofenterpriseenvironmentunifiedenterprisetrainingpurposeandsignificance.Inthispaper,afterin-depth,detailedinvestigationofstafftrainingofcompanyGwhichisintheretailchainindustry,basedoncombiningthetheoryandpractice,guidedbysystemtheorythought,expoundsthenecessityandimportanceofstafftraining.ThisthesisguidebythetrainingsystemdesigntheorybasedontheactualsituationofenvironmentandtrainingofCompanyG,drawingonadvanceddomesticandinternationalcorporatetrainingexperience,useofalargenumberofresearchmethods,fromthetrainingframeworksystem,trainingobjectives,trainingprocess,re-designtheGcompanygrass-rootsstafftrainingsystem,theproposeistoregulatethecompanysstafftrainingandimprovetrainingqualityandefficiency,improvetheoverallqualityofstaff,tomeettheneedsoffuturedevelopmentofthecompany.Afterconstructed,theG-companytrainingmanagementsystemismorescientificandreasonable.Thenewsystemhascompleteness;trainingneedssurveymethodpracticable;multipleanalyticallevels,trainingalotscontent,scientificandreasonabletrainingevaluation,trainingmanagementsystemoperationalcharacteristics.KeyWords:Train,TrainManagementSystem,Redesign目录内容摘要......................
