中文摘要在现代企业的发展过程中，企业文化支持着企业的命运，如果没有优秀的企业文化，企业的产品质量再好，总有一天也会走向衰落。反之，会使企业立于世界之林。体育文化与企业文化具有一定的互动性，并且相辅相成，体育的功能与企业文化的功能也存在一定的交集。而气排球运动是一项集健身、娱乐、审美、社交等作用于一身的集体运动项目，并蕴含着群体与个体、交往与沟通、竞争与合作、应变与创新等诸多的社会文化因素。因此，了解气排球运动与企业文化之间的关系，并在企业中提倡进行气排球运动对企业的可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。在企业中开展气排球运动则可以激发职工的潜能,提高他们的合作与竞争意识,增强企业团队的活力、创造力和凝聚力,达到提高团队整体绩效的目的，有利于企业文化更好的建设。本文基于职工体育在企业文化建设方面所具有的重要作用，以企业文化结构要素与职工体育运动功能存在的交集为出发点，通过建立气排球运动参与度、企业文化以及企业文化结构要素的假设模型，根据调查的样本数据，利用多元回归分析法进行检验。结论表明，高的气排球运动参与度与先进的企业文化有较高的相关性，气排球运动分别通过物质生产、行为、精神3方面的中介作用达到和实现对企业文化的积极促进影响。关键词:气排球;企业文化;相关性分析;多元回归分析AbstractIntheprocessofthedevelopmentofthemodernenterprise,thecorporateculturesupportstheenterprisesfate.Ifthereisnooutstandingcorporateculture,enterprisemaynotproductgoodinquality.Sportscultureandtheenterprisecultureisinteractiveandcomplementtoeachother.Thefunctionofsportsandthefunctionofenterpriseculturealsohavesomeintersection.Andballoonvolleyballisacollectionoffitness,entertainment,aesthetics,whichplaysasocialroleinteamsports,andcontainsthegroupsandindividuals,exchangesandcommunication,competitionandcooperation,strainandinnovation,andmanyothersocialandculturalfactors.Itisimportantthattohaveabetterunderstandingtherelationshipamongballoonvolleyballthecorporateculture,andadvocatedballoonvolleyballmovementintheenterpriseforthesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.Intheenterprise,carryingoutballoonvolleyballcaninspirethepotentialofemployees,improvetheirconsciousnessofcooperationandcompetition.Theenhancemententerpriseteamvitality,creativityandcohesionimproveoverallperformanceoftheteamandtheconstructionofenterpriseculture.Webuildhypotheticalmodelamongballoonvolleyballsportsparticipation,corporateculturesandstructuralelementsofcorporatecultures,staringwiththeintersectionbetweenballoonvolleyball’sbasicfunctionsandcorporatecultures’structuralelements.Weusecorrelationanalysisonthesampledata.Thefinalconclusionshowsthatthehigherballoonvolleyballsportsparticipationhasahighercorrelationwithcorporatecultures,andthatballoonvolleyballhasapositiveimpac
