But the traffic accident frequency of arterial highway accounting for almost half of the total road accident. The reason is that the arterial highway is always through the economic backwardness region, these place’s construction funds and the effect evaluation research cant keep up,lead to the lack of safety facilities,the effect indeterminacy and highway department can’t set facilities reasonablely.
