And abundant of schools choose the building with giant structure, because of its prominent advantages such as the intensive use of land resources, the integration of various functions, and the efficient utilization of teaching resources. However, the mega-structure in university has large size and complex space, so it is important to evaluate weather it can meets the needs of users. In addition, it is different to the qualitative analysis which base on describing, the quantitative analysis is more rational and reliable. Thus, the quantitative analysis of space is a method which research space reasoningly in a quantificat evaluation,and it can study the architecture space more deeply that able to get more reliable conclusion.The main idea of this paper is to analyses the global and local space of the mega-structure in university rationally with the the theories and technologies of the quantitative analysis method, and evaluating the space base on the participants in the space system. Through the research in this paper, make a effort to perfecting the study of the mega-structure in university in the aspect of quantitative analysis, meanwhile, confirm the feasibility of the method and reflect the value of the quantitative analysis of space.Firstly, this paper introduce the origin, development and research status at home and abroad of the mega-structure in university, in addition, make specific interpretations to the theories and technologies of the quantitative analysis of space that set the stage for later research analysis. Secondly, the comprehensive teaching building of Hua Qiao university is taken as an example, which is specific quantitative analyzed from three aspects——spatial relationship, comprehensibility of space and the motion status of participates in the space. according to the three aspects, clearing the implicit logic of spa
