旅游实训基地进行现状分析，指出目前实训基地建设管理方面的问题，提出了进行绩效评估的必要性，以及实训基地绩效评估存在问题及改进措施。第四部分详细介绍旅游实训基地指标体系的构建体系。第五部分以华侨大学旅游实训基地为例，用因子分析法以及DEA数据包络分析法对其进行分析评价。最后一部分是研究结论以及后续需要研究的问题。关键词：旅游院校；实训基地；绩效评估；指标体系AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentoftourism,thedemandsoftalentsintourismareincreasing.Thetourismcollegesneedtocultivatethetalentsthatcansatisfytheneedsofsociety,andtointensifyeffortstothepracticalability.Practicebaseoftourismcollegesplayveryimportantroleinthisregard.Collegespaymoreandmoreattentiontotheinvestmentofpracticalbases.However，thedevelopmentofpracticebasebringsaPhenomenonof“heavyconstruction,poormanagement”.Toimprovethemanagementlevel,performanceevaluationofthepracticebaseisimperative.Atpresenttheresearchonthepracticebaseisverylittle,ithaventformasystemofevaluation.Sothepaperresearchthatthepracticebasehowtobuildaperformanceevaluationsystemhasacertainsignificance.Duetothecomplexityofindexsystem,centeringonthecharacteristicoftrainingbase，andcombiningonnationalexperimentaldemonstrationcentersassessingindexsystem.thepaperbuildingaPerformanceEvaluationindexSystemofTourismpracticeBase.ThepapertakethetourismpracticebaseofHuaqiaoUniversity,andselecttencollegeofnationalexperimentaldemonstrationcentersforevaluatingtheobject.UsingfactoranalysisandtheDEAdataenvelopmentanalysistoanalyzeandevaluateit.Toevaluatetheeffectivenessofperformanceevaluationindexsystem.Throughtheevaluation,itcanmakeschoolunderstandstheinputandoutputonpracticebase,anditcanmakeitselftounderstandtheachievementsandeffortdirection,whichcanpromotepracticebasebetterdeveloped,Itcanalsotobeagoodreferenceforthefuturedevelopmentofpracticebase.Thispaperwillbedividedintosixparts,Thefirstpartintroduceresearchbackground,content,andsignificanceetc.Thesecondpartmainintroducethetheoryoftourismpracticebase.Inthethirdpart，itanalysisthesituationoftourismpracticebase,andpointedouttheconstructionandmanagementissueofpracticebase,andputsforwardthenecessityoftheperformanceevaluation,italsopointedouttheissueofperformanceevaluationandtoproposethe
