It has an important position and role in building a socialist harmonious society. In recent years, with the implementation of Chinas education industry and the resulting massive college enrollment, coupled with the uneven economic development of our region and central funding for local education payments to the relatively weak, making poor students become the major groups of Chinese universities, and the problems of poor students has also become the major issues of the Higher Education in China and even the whole society.
