After more than thirty years of development, self-study examination of higher education has become an important part of higher education system in our country. In recent years, the proportion of full-time self-learners in regular higher institutions has increased year by year. The learning situation and effect of full-time self-learners in higher institutions is the key to measure whether a certain higher institution organize the self-examination assist-learning successfully, and it largely determines the effect of self-study examination of higher education which is an innovative educational system . Full-time self-learners in higher institutions are easy to be marginalized in campus, however, the scale of them is too large to ignore. Based on their special identity, their learning situation will be influenced by
