新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文samplesorF-testofrandomdesignseveralsamplestostudyinfluencefactorofhospitalizationexpendituresaboutmedicalinsuranceoftheareaandmedicalinsuranceofthecity;usingmultiplestepregressionmethodtodesigntheimpactfactormodelofthetwo-classpatientshospitalizedtotalexpensesfrom2006to2009;Usingthegraypredictsmethodtoestimatethehospitalizedexpensespertimeoftwo-classmedicalinsurancepatientsinthreeleveloffirst-classgeneralhospitalofXinJiangonfuturefouryears.Result:(1)Hospitalizationexpensesanalysis:comparedwiththehospitalizationexpendituresofmedicalinsuranceoftheareaandmedicalinsuranceofthecityshowedthatthemedicalinsuranceoftheareapatientsbedexpenseishigherthanmedicalinsuranceofthecitypatients,andtheareascheckexpenseislowerthanthecitys,andthedifferencehaveastatisticsmeaning,thedrugsexpensebecomesthelargestpartsofthehospitalizationexpenditurespertime.Comparedwiththefundpaymentshowedthatthefundpaymentofin-patientsoftwo-classmedicalinsuranceincreasedyearbyyear,andthereareobviouslydieffence,andthedifferencehaveastatisticsmeaning.(2)Theformerof3kindsofdiseaseisthecirculatorysystemdisease,malignanttumorandBiwetsystemdiseaseinhospitalizationperson-timeconstitutes;Thediseasethatcostthehighesthospitalizedtotalexpensesiscirculatorysystemdisease,malignanttumorandnervoussystemandsensoryapparatusdisease;itshowsthedrugsexpensesofdiseasethatthehigherhospitalizedexpenses(39.07%)thanthelowerhospitalizedexpenses(21.21%)byhospitalizedexpensesconsistsofdifferentdisease.(3)Therearesomefactors:sex,workcondition,operation,hospitalizedtime,hospitalizeacircumstancehaveinfluenceontheperson-timehospitalizedtotalexpensesshowsbysinglefactoranalytical.(4)Itshowsthehospitalizedexpensespertimestillriseonthethreeleveloffirst-classgeneralhospitalofXinJianginthefuture.Theaverageyeargrowthratiois8%.Conclusions:Insomeextent,themedicaltreatmentresourceswasloweredandhealthresourceswasreducedthroughmakeuseofmedicalresourceseffectivelyandmakeuseofhospitalbedrapidly;Therearesomefactors:sex,workcondition,operat
