However, our manufacturing industry still exists the problem, such as, informationization foundation weakness, the low production efficiency and production benefits.Gearbox enterprise is the discrete manufacturing enterprise that mainly assem parts and components. Gearbox has complicated production environment, production process and difficult site management, and manufacturing process of product mostly contains of the thousands of parts. So, in order to ensure the orderly conduct of each production link, the workshops need the more real-time and accurate material pull system, otherwise, the problem of spare parts supply is likely to stop the whole production line and affect the entire production process. So, it is the core part of workshop assembly process for effective management and use. But, the features of material size, variety and irregular shape are always unable to obtain real-time information of material. This paper puts forward a new plan to solve the problem that assembly link cannot collect real-time material information. Designing the intelligent information acquisition card and using the RFID technology realizes to collect the material information, at the same time, designing kanban and LED lights and other equipments help collect materials information and standardizing picking process.
