CTX冲击治疗重症狼疮性脑病治疗效果及护理 　　[摘要]目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)并发狼疮脑患者采用环磷酰胺(CTX)冲击疗法的治疗效果及护理方法。方法：根据治疗方法不同分为3组，采用环磷酰胺（CTX）冲击疗法30例（A组）、激素（MP）冲击疗法13例（B组）、双冲击（CTX+ MP）疗法28例（C组）进行比较。结果：A、B、C三组治疗有效率分别为70%，30.8%，64.3%，A、C组治疗有效率显著高于B组，A、C间无显著差异。结论：CTX和CTX+MP冲击治疗对狼疮脑的效果优于单纯MP冲击治疗，治疗期间应加强护理，严密观察病情、并发症、药物副作用等情况。 　　关键词：狼疮性脑病　环磷酰胺　护理 　　 　　[Abstract]Objectives: To discuss the therapeutic efficacy and its nursing care methods of the implosion therapy with Cyclophosphamide (CTX) for the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）complicated with lupus encephalopathy .Methods: Patients are divided in accordance with different ways of treatment into three groups in which for Group A with 30 cases we adopt the implosion therapy with CTX while for Group B with 13 cases we adopt the implosion therapy with Hormones (MP) and for Group C with 28 cases we adopt the bis-implosion therapy with both CTX and MP so that the results are compared with one another. Results: The rates of the efficacies of the therapies for the three groups are as follows: 70% for Group A; 30.8% for Group B and 64.3% for Group C. Therefore, the rates of the efficacies of the therapies for Groups A and C are obviously much higher than that for Group B. And there is no significant difference between those for Group A and Group C. Conclusion: The efficacy of the implosion therapy with CTX or of the bis-implosion therapy with CTX plus MP is better for the patients with lupus encephalopathy than that of the implosion therapy simply with MP.
