两种社区护理对高血压患者干预效果评价 　　摘 要 目的：评价两种社区护理对社区高血压患者的干预效果。方法：2011年1～5月接受社区服务站护理的患者120例，随机分为两组。由医院护理部在医院门诊设立两个点，安排护士做社区护理工作为社区服务站护理组；接受新社区护理的为新社区护理组。社区服务站护理组在门诊诊治期间接受院内的常规的健康教育；新社区护理组由医院成立专门的社区护理中心，对社区人员规范培训，开展全科医学教育，定期到居民区开展专家义诊，举行健康讲座，成立病友会，进行护理干预。结果：新社区服务护理组高血压患者疾病知晓率，血压控制率，不良饮食改变率，疾病预防观念等均明显高于社区服务站护理组。结论：建立健全社区护理的组织管理体系，落实全科医疗服务模式，有利于规范社区服务，提高服务质量，使社会满意。? 　　关键词 两种社区 高血压 护理干预? 　　doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2012.02.335?? 　　Abstract Objective:Evaluation of two kinds of community care for community intervention in patients with hypertension.Methods:In our hospital in January 2011 in September 2011 to accept community service centers and care of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.By the hospital nursing department in the hospital outpatient setting up two points,the arrangements for the care of nurses in community care and community service centers and groups;to accept the new community care for the new community care groups.Community service centers during treatment in the outpatient care group received routine hospital health education;new community care by the hospital set up a special group of community care centers,training of community personnel standards,to carry out general medical education,experts in treating patients on a regular basis to carry out residential areas,health talks,patients will be established,the nursing intervention.Results:Of the new community care services,awareness of hypertension in patients with the disease,blood pressure control rates,poor diet,the rate of change,the concept of disease prevention and other community were significantly higher than the service station care group.Conclusion:Improve community care organization and management system,implementation of the general medical services model will help standardize the community service,improve service quality.? 　　Key Words Two kinds of communities;Hypertension;Nursing intervention? 　　资料与方法? 　　2011年1～9月统计社区内高血压患者120例，均为原发性高血压，诊断标准均符合1999年WHO高血压诊断标准，将120例患者分为两组，每组各60
