醋酸泼尼松龙辅助治疗肩周炎临床疗效分析 　　摘要：目的:探讨醋酸泼尼松龙辅助治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法： 选取我院60例初次发病肩周炎患者的临床资料，随机分为醋酸泼尼松龙组（30例）和对照组（30例） 方法,对照组患者采用口服消炎痛，开始时每次服２５ｍｇ，１日２～３次，后根据患者的临床疗效，药物剂量可增至每日125~150mg；VitB1治疗每次口服25~50ug，每日一次，醋酸泼尼松龙组患者在口服药物的基础上行痛点注射疗法，每周进行一次注射，每次剂量为25~50mg，21天为1个疗程，观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果：醋酸泼尼松龙组患者显效例数8例，有效例数12例，总有效率66.67%。对照组患者显效例数3例，有效例数8例，总有效率36.67%，醋酸泼尼松龙组的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：在肩部痛点注射醋酸泼尼松龙可以缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛症状，临床疗效满意。 　　关键词:醋酸泼尼松龙 肩周炎 临床疗效 　　Acetic acid Prednisone dragon assistance to treat the bursitis in shoulder clinical curative effect analysis 　　Wang Lishuang 　　Abstract:Objective:Discusses the acetic acid Prednisone dragon assistance to treat the bursitis in shoulder the clinical curative effect and responded not good.Methods：Selects my courtyard 60 example primary morbidity bursitis in shoulder patient?s clinical material,divides into acetic acid Prednisone Long Zu stochastically (30 examples) and the control group (30 examples) the method,the control group patients uses the oral administration indomethacin,starts when each time takes the 25mg,1 date 2~3 times,latter acts according to patient?s clinical curative effect,the medicine dosage may increase to every day 125~150mg;The VitB1 treatment each time takes orally 25~50ug,daily one time,the acetic acid Prednisone dragon group patient in the oral administration medicine foundation upward pain spot injection therapy,each week carries on an injection,each time the dosage is the 25~50mg,21 day is 1 treatment course,observes two group of patient?s clinical curative effects and responded not good.Results：The acetic acid Prednisone dragon group patients show results the example several 8 examples,effective example several 12 examples,total effectiveness 66.67%.The control group patients show results the example several 3 examples,the effective example several 8 examples,the total effectiveness 36.67%,the acetic acid Prednisone Long Zu treatment result surpasses the control group patients obviously,two group o
