MONITORING The Partnership’s Plan: monitoring report on progress on delivering Actions in the partnership’s plan and risks 1 Summary 1.1 This monitoring report summarises progress on the Partnership’s Plan, including progress on actions in the Partnership’s Plan and risks to delivering the Partnership’s Plan. Recommendation that the Partnership: a note progress on actions in the Partnership’s Plan in Annex 1 (separate paper); b review the current status of risks in Annex 2 (included in this paper); c identify which, if any, actions should be discussed in more detail at the next Partnership meeting, to help ensure delivery. 2 Background 2.1 The Partnerships Plan is the Management Plan for the Lake District National Park 2010 – 2015, co-ordinating partnership activity in the National Park. You agreed the annual review of the Partnership’s Plan at the Partnership meeting on 24 September 2012. 2.2 In order to make progress towards delivering the Vision we must monitor progress on delivering the Plan. This includes monitoring performance indicators and actions in the Plan. Additionally, the risks to delivering the Plan need to be understood and managed. 2.3 The Partnership agreed the annual monitoring schedule for how we will monitor the Plan on 5 December 2011, which in summary means we report progress to Partnership meetings: on ‘priority actions’ to every Partnership meeting, except September on all actions every six months, in December and June on risks every six months, in December and June on performance indicators (indicators of success and State of the National Park) annually in June. 2.4 This report gives: an update on progress on the actions in the Partnership’s Plan (Annex 1) an update on the status of our risks (Annex 2). 2.5 Sections 5 – 8 of this report summarise progress for each of the four outcomes of the Vision. 3 Monitoring Progress on Actions in the Partnerships Plan 3.1 Annex 1 gives an update on progress on each of the actions in the Partne
