The model makes a specific determination on the proportion of all industries and the proportion of employment in 2009-2011.Meanwhile, this section bases on the above analysis, combines with the main problems and the forecast target of industrial structure in Anhui, makes some countermeasures and advices to the industrial structure in Anhui. In author’s opinion, the optimization of industrial structure should focus on the optimization of leading industries; the optimization of the major primary industry should depend on market, promote the process of agricultural industrialization, speed up the construction of small towns; the optimization of the second industry should increase the output; optimize industrial structure; reform traditional industries, take a new road to industrialization; the optimization of the tertiary industry should be based on the adjustment of the internal structure and the development of new service industries.
