哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文摘要并行油电混合电动车作为油电混合电动车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle, 简作瞰v)中的一种,由于其在动力与排放方面的优异性能在全球日益注重 环境保护的今天具有广阔的应用前景。本文是对髓V控制进行的探索,主要 就并行HEV的运行控制器进行设计研究,并对并行HEV动力中电力部分工作 电路及控制器的实验系统进行设计。控制器所要完成的任务是控制脏V中柴油机和电机按照一定规律自动分 配负荷来驱动HEY,得到较好的动力与排放性能。在本实验系统中电机与柴 油机动力通过齿轮箱合并在一起,电机的加入与撤除由电力半导体进行通断 控制。为便于进行油电动力匹配和控制参数的确定,电机与柴油机的扭矩等 参数由监控系统监测显示。运行控制器由硬件和软件两部分组成。硬件部分以intel 196kc单片机为核心,主要由开关量输入输出部分、模拟信号采集部分、单片机部分和驱 动部分组成。控制器软件根据所采集的数据进行判断、处理,驱动相应执行 部件完成控制功能。经过比较,软件部分采用ASMl96语言编制。本文用最少的电力半导体元件完成对HEV动力源中电力部分的电路设计, 并在现有台架等条件的基础上改造设计了HEV实验系统。经过调试分析,运行控制器已基本具备对并行HRV进行控制的各项动能、 能够在实验系统上进行实验研究。关键词:油电混合电动车;电力半导体;控制器;单片机哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文Abstractp一}玎3v(short for ParallelmType Hybrid Electric vehicle)as a kind ofHEY,has great application vision for its good performance in PowerTraln and exhaust as the Environment Protection is emphasized so much today.This paper explores this field to try to find a way out in controlling HEY,and is composed of the design and research of P-HEV controller,the circuit design of P—HEV’s electric power part and the experimental system design for the controller.The task of this controller is to control the diesel and De electric machine tobe combined together under certain conditions automatically to get good power and exhaust performance,The diesel and electric machine are combined through a gearbox in the PowerTrain and the electric machine’s work state is controlled by power electronic transistor.To get reasonable ratio of diese{and electricmachine’s power and proper controlling parameters,the industrial computer assupervisor system is used.It displays the torque ofdiesel and electric machine,thespeed,etcThe controller is made up oftwo parts:hardware and software.The hardware is a single chip microcomputer system。The CpU of the microcomputer is Intel l 96kc.The hardware consists of switch signal part、analog signal collecting part、microcomputer and driving part。Signal collecting partsamples speed,position,etc.Microcomputer deals with these data The controller response
