怜悯、智慧和勇气建设和平与创造性共存全球社会(2013和平倡议) 　　A global leader of peace and a highly respected humanist, Dr. Daisaku Ikeda, President of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI), a non-governmental organization (NGO) recognised by the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, has issued a peace proposal on 26 January every year since 1983. 2012 marked the 30th anniversary of his annual peace proposals. The distinctiveness of the proposals stands out as these relate not only to the humanity as a whole but, at the same time, also are relevant for the good of every individual human person. These proposals have contained brilliant ideas and suggestions for the betterment of our world. 　　池田大作：创价学会会长，一位宣扬和平的世界领袖和备受尊崇的人道主义家。创价学会是联合国经社理事会官方认可的一个非政府组织，自1983年以来，该组织每年1月26日都公布一份《和平倡议》，2012年是《和平倡议》三十周年。这些倡议不仅关系到全体人类的福祉，还关乎具体每一个人的利益。在这些致力于建设一个更加美好世界的倡议中，不乏睿智的观点和建议。 　　Excerpts: 　　节选： 　　“Commemorating the anniversary of the founding of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI), I would like to explore the prospects for constructing a global society of peace and creative coexistence looking toward the year 2030. It has been sixty-five years since the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Since its founding, the United Nations has, through this and other resolutions of the General Assembly and various world conferences, clarified key themes that should guide and propel international cooperation. These include the following concepts: 　　sustainable development as a response to the challenges of poverty, environmental degradation and economic instability; 　　culture of peace as a response to the challenges of conflict and structural violence; 　　and 　　human security, the subject of a resolution adopted by the General Assembly in September of last year. 　　Together, these efforts to establish conceptual frameworks highlight both the issues in our present-day world that we cannot afford to ignore and the areas demanding priority action.” 　　为纪念国际创价学会（SGI）创立之日（1月26日），我以2030年为目标，展望如何建设和平共存的
