住院新生儿235例死亡原因分析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过分析我院住院新生儿死亡原因，探讨降低住院新生儿死亡率的有效措施。 方法 对我院2010年 1月～2014年12月住院新生儿死亡情况进行回顾性分析。 结果 2010年1月～2014年12月共收治新生儿17 220例，死亡235例，死亡率13.65‰。男女比例为2∶1，早产儿占死亡新生儿的61.7%，其中极低出生体重儿占38.3%，早期新生儿死亡占71.1%。住院新生儿死亡的主要原因前4位包括重度窒息（18.7%）、先天畸形（17.9%）、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（17.0%）、颅内出血（8.9%）。先天畸形是足月儿死亡的首位原因，新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症是早产儿死亡的首位原因。 结论 做好孕期保健和胎儿监测工作，加强产儿科合作，减少重度窒息、先天畸形、早产的发生，是减少新生儿死亡的主要措施。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 新生儿；死亡原因；死亡率；干预措施 　　[中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）11-0035-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the causes of death in hospitalized neonates and to find effective prevention and treatment measures to reduce infant mortalities. Methods The data of neonatal death in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were analyzed. Results Among the 17 220 neonates hospitalized from January 2010 to December 2014，235 neonates were deceased with mortality rate of 13.65‰ and male to female ratio of 2∶1. Premature infants accounted for 61.7% and very low birth weight infants consisted of 38.3% of the deceased neonates. 71.1% of all mortalities occurred within 7 days post partum. The main causes of neonatal death were severe neonatal asphyxia（18.7%）， congenital defectsn （17.9%）， neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （17.0%）， intracranial haemorrhage （8.9%）. Congenital defects was the first cause of death in full term infants， and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was the first cause of death in premature infants. Conclusion Decreasing the occurrence of severe neonatal asphyxia， congenital defects and premature through improving the prenatal care and fetal monitoring and strengthening the cooperation between obstetrics and neonatology department， are primary measures of decreasing neonatal mortality rate. 　　[Key words] Neonatal； Causes of neonatal death； Mortality rate； Interventive measures 　　新生儿死亡率是衡量一个国家或地区经济发展、医疗卫生及妇幼卫生保健工作的重要指标。随着新生儿重症监护技术的发展，我国新生儿死亡率已有所下降，但与发达国家相比，我国新生儿死亡率仍较高，降低新生儿死亡率仍是妇幼工作的重要目标。本文回顾性分析了我院2010年1月～2014年12月住院新生儿的死亡原因，找出薄弱环节，以期提出更有效的干预
