Coal demand will increase remarkably as the rocketing up of economic development in China. However, there are many Serious problems in coal industry for a long time, such as bad industrial integration, lack coal reserves, unreasonable scalestrueture of coal mines.To research the circular economy development of coal industry is beneficial for economic growth mode transformation of coal industry，Promoting reasonable and effeetive utilization of coal resource and easing the rigorous condition of energy shortage.Circular economy development is the key step for coal industry to realize a resource-saving society. Based on theoretieal analysis of circular economy development in coal industry，the formation mechanism of the Value Chain of Recycling Economy for the Coal Industry(VCRECI), this paper try to explore the seientific，popular and adaptive eco-industrial chains, circular economy model of coal circular economy. The paper takes Mengdong energy group as the research object for the case study of coal cireular economy. The study conelusions can provide prospective and manipulable guide for the sustainable development of coal industry. - - IV - The smooth operation of the Value Chain of Recycling Economy for the Coal Industry (VCRECI) is the base of the recycling economy development mode of the coal industry.
