V VIII STUDY ON EXPRESSION OF CD63、CRTH2 AND THE EFFECT OF STEROID ADMINISTRATION IN CHILDREN WITH REFRACTOR MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE PNEUMONIA ABSTRACT Par t ⅠThe r el at i onshi p bet ween Mycopl asma pneumoni ae i nf ect i on and At opy i n chi l dr en Obj ect i ve: The aim of the study is to investigate the infection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） and the incidence rate of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia （ MPP ） in children with atopy who had the lower respiratory tract infection and the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and Atopy in children. Met hods: 216 cases (104 Cases with atopy and 112 cases without atopy ) with lower respiratory tract infection in the in-patient department (in Renji hospital) collected from 5th ,2007 to 5th , 2008 were enrolled. The skin prick test(SPT) were tested. The serum levels of MP-IgM and total IgE were detected by the granule agglutinating method and the PAGE PAGE IX radioimmunoassay(RIA).Personal and familiy allergy history including allergic rhinitis,eczema, asthma and related clinical data were obtained. Resul t s: （1）The infection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with atopy was significantly higher than in ones without atopy, those children all had the lower respiratory tract infection ( P 0.01 ) ， have significant difference. （ 2 ） The incidence rate of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with atopy was significantly higher than in ones without atopy（ P 0 ．05 )。 Concl usi on: （1） Children with atopy may be at increased risk of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.（2）Children with atopy may be one of the high risk factors for the occurrence of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
