Abstract.TheintegratedapproachestoChineseleaming，as.anewly-exploredcurriculumpa忧embasedonanewroundofbasiceducationalreformconcerningtheChineselanguageteaching，havebeenputintoeffectandbroughtaboutplentyofbeneficialexperiencesandsatisfactoryresultsinmanydifferentcities.However，theultimatesuccessincarryingouttheapproachesdependsdecisivelyρnhowtomakealltheseexperiencesandachievementsavailable，practicalandbeneficialinthelargeruralareasinwestChina.Sincethenewly-shapedcurriculumswereintroducedtosomecertainschoolsinQinanin2003，alotoffollow-upsurveysontheirperformanceinpracticehavebeenmadesuccessively.Asaresult，acarefulanalysisofvariousfirst-handinformationfedback齿。m5thelocalschoolsshowsthatthoseapproachesfeatureavailableinpracticeandmeanwhilethereisstillsomeroomforimprovement.Ononehand，therearefeaturesbeneficialtotheintegratedapproachesonbothteachersandstudents.Theteachersbegintorefreshfurtherunderstandingabilityandtake3DactiveparticipateinthenewroundofcurriculumreformaswellastheintegratedapproachestoChineselearninginahighspiritandthereforetheyaremoreactiveindevelopingtheirrelatedprofessionalskillsanddevotingthemselvesintheircareesAsforthestudents，theyaremorelikelytobenefit仕omthispackageofcurriculumreformquitealotandshowmuchinterestinthisintegratedChineselearning.Ontheotherhand，thereseemstobealongwaytogo，forafewteacherslackenoughunderstandingofthesenewapproachesandtheirpreviousknowledgeandideaareoutofdate.Teacherstendtobeloadedwithhugec1asssizeandnoteasytoorganizesomeusualteachingactivitiesintoolimitedgiventimeforthenewly-shapedcurriculums.Littlehasbeendonebydifferentlevelsofeducationaladministrationtoemphasizeorencouragethisreformatschools.Limitedlocaleducationalresourceshavenotyetbeen且Jllyexploredandimpliedfornecessaryservicesinteaching.Newteachingtheoriesandstudent-orientedapproacheshavenotyetestablished，whilethosedullandold-fashionedmethodsofChineselearningarestilloverwhelminginsomepoorly-informedareas.Theschooltextbooksaretooboring，uniformandurban-orientedincontent.Wha
