华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Reservoir Project is the most important part of flood control system.It can effectively work with the flood embankments and the flood storage regions ,and give full play to flood control system’s effect on block,drain,diversion and strorage.Flood control consultation is a very effective non-structural measures of flood control.It is the integration of reservoir flood control non-engineering measures. This article according to the actual needs of Shangyou Reservoir consultation work during flood season,researched a remote virtual consultation system based on Internet environment.It particularly describes the basic structure,functional modules and demand for information of the software system.It porposed a flood control consultation process and mode which take a decision support group as the core.In flood season,consultation system provides effective technical support to senior leadership decision-making and instruction-issuing,and is more signficant of the reservoir flood control operation work.
