AbstractEarlychildhoodisthesensitiveperiodwhichchildrencanobtainmoreremarkablebodyeffectswithvariousformsofphysicalexercises.Thispaperbasedonthecreationrequestsofchildrenbasicgymnasticsandsportgames,summarizedthegymnasticsgametheoriestocreatenewgymnasticsgameswhichareaccordingwithgymnasticsstyle,fitnesseffect,stronginterestandeasytobecarriedout.Byusingtheexperimentalmethodtocomparethedifferentgroupsofstudentswiththegymnasticsgameswecreated,wehopetoseewhetherthisnewcreatedgymnasticsgamescanpromotechildren’sdevelopmentofphysicalhealth,meanwhile,providethetheoreticalandpracticalsupportforthechildreninShenyangtoimprovetheirhealth.Thispaperusesthemethodsofliterature,experimental,interviewandquestionnaire,takesthecreationofgymnasticsgameandteachingpracticeastheresearchobjectstocarryontheexperimentduringMarchfirsttoJulyfirstin2011.Theexperimentobjectsarethechildrenagedfrom5to6yearsoldinShenyangprovincialgovernmentorganskindergarten,ShenyangCityExperimentalKindergarten,ShenyangprovincialorganskindergartenandShenyangCitysandhillkindergarten.Thebodystateandphysicalqualityindexoftheexperimentobjectswillbemeasuredbeforeandaftertheexperimentrespectively.Thenumberofsamplingisatotalof186people,including94boysand92girls,thechildrenagedfrom5to6yearsoldinShenyangprovincialgovernmentorganskindergarten,ShenyangCityExperimentalKindergartenaretakenasthecomparativegroup,thechildreninShenyangprovincialorganskindergartenandShenyangCitysandhillkindergartenaretakenastheexperimentalgroup.Thispaperundertakesacomprehensivestudybasedonchildren’sgymnasticsgames,teachingpractice,evaluationofteachingeffectandtwogroupsofbodystateandphysicalqualityindexes.Throughtheresearch,thebodystateindexeshavenosignificantdifferencebetweentheexperimentalgroupandthecomparativegroup,butthestrengthqualityoftheexperimentalgroupimprovedsignificantlyaftertheexperiment.Thepowerofgripping,tennisdistancethrow,standinglongjump,feetjump,abdominalraiseofexperimentalgrouparesignificantlyinfluencedandboysareinfluencedmorethangi
