摘要中学教师进行教育科研不仅是新课程改革的内在要求,而且是教师专业发展的重要途径,沈阳市的初级中学进入新课程改革已近十二年,作为新课程改革的一个重要方面,有关教师教育科研改革成效还有待评估。本论文的主要目的在于明确沈阳市初中化学教师教育科研的现状,在此基础上,提出一些合理化建议。主要内容是通过对当前沈阳市的化学教师的科研意识、动因、能力、开展状况、阻力因素、希望获得的帮助、以及学校对教师教育科研的重要影响这七个方面进行调查。希望可以为化学教师教育科研理论的发展提供素材,并一定程度上揭示沈阳市中学化学教师在教育科研过程中存在的问题,进而更好的促进初中化学教师的专业发展。本论文主要使用调查问卷法和数理统计法对调查后的数据进行统计整理,并尝试探究形成此现状的原因。调查结果表明沈阳市化学教师的教育科研意识较强,教育科研的原因集中在促进自身发展,及解决教学实际问题,教师的教育科研能力发展不平衡,这多与教师自身以及学校因素有关,阻碍教师进修教育科研的因素多是由于时间矛盾,教师最希望得到专家的指导和培训。关键字:初中化学教师;教育科研;教师科研AbstractTeachereducationresearchistheinternalrequirementfortheimplementationofthenewcurriculumreform,anditisanimportantwayofteacherprofessionaldevelopment,inShenyangjuniorhighschool,thenewcurriculumreformhasbeentakenplacefornearlytwelveyears,asanimportantaspectofnewcurriculumreform,reformoftheteachereducationresearchshouldbeassessed.Themainpurposeofthispaperistoclearthepresentsituationofchemistryteacher’seducationresearchinShenyangjuniormiddleschool.onthebasisofthesituation,putforwardsomereasonablesuggestions.Thecontentoftheinvestigationmainlyconsistofthechemistryteachers’consciousnesseducationscientificresearch,thereasonfordoingit,theirabilityoftakingresearch,thedevelopmentstatus,theinfluencingfactorsandtheirneedswhendoingeducationresearch,atlast,theschoolplaysaimportantroleininfluencingtheteachereducationresearch.Thispaperisjusthoppingtoprovidematerialtoenrichthetheorydevelopmentofchemistryteachersineducationandscientificresearch,andtoacertainextent,revealsthejuniorhighschoolchemistryteachersintheeducationprocess,soastopromotetheprofessionaldevelopmentofchemistryteachersinjuniormiddleschoolinShenyang.Questionnaireandmathematicalstatisticsmethodsareusedtosortthesurveydataandtryingtoanalysethecausesofthepresentsituation,Finally,givingsomeadviceforthechemistryteachers,schoolleaderships,andmanagementtrainingdepartment.SurveyresultsshowthatShenyangCitychemicalteachersresearchconsciousnessisstronger.Themainreasonwhythechemistryteacherswanttodoeducationresearchistopromoteteacher’sprofessionaldevelopment,andt
