摘要板下脱空是造成水泥混凝土路面大规模路况严重恶化的主要原因。造成路面板脱空的原因很多,其中最主要的包括行车荷载尤其是重载作用和温度荷载,两种荷载共同作用加快了路面板的脱空,疲劳寿命大大减少。本文一方面从力学角度出发,推导了脱空路面板结构在不同脱空尺寸下路面板最大弯沉值计算公式,利用最大应力计算公式推导行车荷载和温度荷载共同作用下脱空路面板疲劳寿命计算公式并建立了脱空尺寸与极限承载力之间的回归方程式;另一方面建立了脱空路面板ANSYS数值模型,分析了影响脱空路面最大弯沉值的影响因素,将ANSYS计算值与推导的最大弯沉值理论计算值和试验结果相比较,验证了理论公式的合理性。本文主要研究内容如下1.将脱空路面板简化为悬臂变截面梁,推导板角最大挠度计算公式;2.通过最大弯拉应力的求解,推导了行车荷载和温度荷载共同作用下疲劳寿命计算公式,拟合了脱空尺寸与极限承载力之间的回归公式,并提出考虑脱空尺寸和极限承载力的设计方法;3.建立了脱空路面板ANSYS有限元数值模型,分析影响脱空路面板最大弯沉值的影响因素,与理论结果和试验结果比较。本文最后总结了本人在有关路面板脱空理论方面所得出的结论及其发展趋势。关键词:水泥混凝土路面;脱空尺寸;超载;重载;弯沉值;有限元分析;极限承载力;疲劳寿命;影响因素ABSTRACTHollowbeneaththeroadslabwasthemainreasonwhichcausedcementsconcreteslabslargelydamaged.Thereweremanyreasonswhichcausedhollowbelowtheslabs,themainreasonsincludesvehicleloadandtemperatureload,thesetwoloadscoactionsquickenthehollowofslabs,fatiguelifelargelydecreased.Ononehand,inthispaperthemechanicalanalysismethodwasused,thecalculateequationofthemaximumflexurevalueofhollowslabwasdeducedwhenitwasindifferentdimension,thecalculateequationofthefatiguelifeofhollowslabwasalsodeducedwhenthevehicleloadandtemperatureloadcoactions,whichtheequationofthemaximumstresswasknown,thenregressionequationaboutthehollowdimensionandlimitbearingcapacitywasestablished;Ontheotherhand,theANSYSfiniteelementnumericalmodelofhollowslabwasestablished,influencingfactorswhichinfluencedthemaximumflexurevalueofhollowslabwereanalyzed,thenANSYSvalue,theoreticalvalueandtestvalueaboutthemaximumflexurewerecompared,provedthatthetheoreticalequationwasrational.InthispaperthemainresearchcontenttobeasfollowsThehollowcementconcreteslabwassimplifiedascross-sectionprojectingbeam,deducedthemaximumdeflectioncalculateequationofthecornerofslab;Throughthesolvingofthemaximumflexural-tensilestress,equationofthefatiguelifewasdeducedwhichthevehicleloadandtemperatureloadcoactions,regressionequationaboutthehollowdimensionandlimitbearingcapacitywasfitted,andthenadesignmethodwhichhollowdimensionandlimitbearingcapacitywereconsideredwaspresented;TheANSYSfiniteelementnumericalmodelofhol
