This paper introduces the process of personnel assessment in the construction of the competency model of principle, and to the company as a case DH, combined with the practical situation of the DH company, using competence character model analysis to point out the best employees competence characteristics, in building a model of the competence characteristics are determined on the basis of the management job backup to develop a target employment standard, with scientific methods to evaluate the quality of the candidate, and to establish a scientific and perfect a directional training plan, ensure employees to fill the post and can develop to maximum potential.
