摘 要
为研究实腹式配工字钢型钢混凝土梁在复合受扭(弯扭、剪扭)情况下的受力性 能,本次试验分别针对两种受力情况设计了12根实腹式配工字钢型钢混凝土梁(其中 6根做弯扭试验,6根做剪扭试验)和2根钢筋混凝土对比梁。通过试验研究,揭示了 实腹式配工字钢型钢混凝土梁在复合受扭情况下的破坏过程、破坏形态,解释了实腹 式配工字钢型钢混凝土梁的工作机理,分析了受扭承载力的影响因素。
本次试验采用的是实腹式配工字钢的形式。本文描述了型钢混凝土试件和混凝土 试件在整个试验过程中的裂缝开展情况和破坏特征,分析了型钢混凝土梁的扭转变形 规律;设置了三组不同的变化参数:扭弯比(扭剪比)、型钢配钢率、配箍率,通过 这些参数对试件进行对比分析,从而研究其对于试件受扭承载力的影响。整个试验主 要采集的数据有:混凝土裂缝的开展分布情况,开裂扭矩,极限扭矩,混凝土、钢筋、 型钢的应变情况、试件的扭转角变化情况。
试验研究的结果表明:在弯扭复合受力情况下,随着扭弯比的增大,试件的受扭 承载力随之减小,符合普通钢筋混凝土弯扭相关理论;型钢配钢率对于试件的受扭承 载力具有积极的作用,尤其是对于普通钢筋混凝土来说,型钢混凝土构件的受扭承载 力得到了显著的提高;增大配箍率对于试件的受扭承载力也具有一定的提高作用。在 剪扭复合受力情况下,随着扭剪比的增大,试件的受扭承载力随之减小,符合普通钢 筋混凝土剪扭相关理论;型钢配钢率对于试件的受扭承载力具有积极的作用,尤其是 对于普通钢筋混凝土来说,型钢混凝土构件的受扭承载力得到了显著的提高;增大箍 筋配箍率对于试件的受扭承载力也具有一定的提高作用
在试验实测数据的基础上,本文提出型钢混凝土试件弯扭复合受力情况下的开裂 扭矩、极限扭矩以及剪扭复合受力情况下的开裂扭矩计算公式,计算结果与试验结果 基本吻合。

Abstract
In order to study the capacity of the solid steel reinforced concrete beam (SSRCB) with a composite torsion (bending and torsion, shear and torsion) , the experiment designed 12 solid steel reinforced concrete beams (six of them for the bending and torsion test, and others for the shear torsion test) and two reinforced concrete comparison beams. The experiment reveals the failure process and model of solid steel reinforced concrete beams, explains their working mechanism and also analyzed influence factors.
This experiment is in the form of solid steel reinforced concrete beams. This paper describes the cracks and failure characteristics of solid steel reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete beams during the entire experiment, analyzed their torsional deformation law; set three different changes in parameters: torsional bending (torsional shear ), steel ratio, stirrup ratio. By comparing these parameters on the specimen, their influence to the specimen torsional load can be studied. Through the
