文化创意产业区与城市空间互动发展分析-analysis of interactive development between cultural and creative industrial areas and urban space.docx

摘要随着全球化与创意经济迅猛发展，大都市的城市空间结构与功能剧烈变动，文化创意产业研究和城市空间演变成为城市发展的重要命题。作为文化创意产业空间集聚与发展的载体，产业区的形成、发展和演化不仅是社会经济形态与城市空间结构变迁的直接体现，也是城市空间形象与功能重塑的重要动力来源。本研究从系统解读文化创意产业区的城市属性入手，剖析文化创意产业区与城市的文化、经济、社会、实体空间的联系及其在城市空间结构上的表现，揭示文化创意产业区建设与旧城更新、科技新区发展的互动关系与作用机理，研判文化创意产业区与城市空间演变的未来趋势。论文分为八个章节进行论述。第一章是绪论，第八章是结语，第二～七章是论文的主体部分。第二章是相关理论的综述。首先对文化创意产业和文化创意产业区的定义、范畴、特征进行归纳，相关理论主要面向城市空间、文化创意产业空间集聚和创意城市3个方面的研究现状。在对城市空间结构及其创意城市基本理论的基础上，对文化创意产业空间集聚的特点和趋势作了总结分析，以此构建研究的总体框架。第三章是国内外文化创意产业园案例研究。重点研究国外文化创意产业区建设实践，得出相关启示，同时分析总结我国文化产业区发展现状存在的问题，做为文化创意产业区研究的参考和借鉴。第四章主要建构文化创意产业区与城市空间演化的关系框架。文化创意产业区作为城市空间基本单元趋向多功能复合，与城市空间协同以保持双方的可持续发展。论文从文化、社会、经济和实体空间四个方面研究文化创意产业区建设与城市空间结构演变的互动关系与作用机理。第五章主要建构文化创意产业区与旧城更新的关系框架。在旧城，文化创意产业区可以作为空间催化单元，从文化经济社会和实体空间多方面推动旧城的整体更新。第六章主要建构文化创意产业区与科技新区发展的关系框架。在科技新区，文化创意产业空间一方面与高新技术产业空间共构城市创新空间系统，另一方面作为城市新区文化植入的有效手段。第七章是案例解析篇，分析影响北京文化创意产业区空间布局的要素，通过梳理北京文化创意产业区的空间分布特征，探讨文化创意产业区与北京城市空间演化以及旧城、科技新区发展的关联性。关键词：文化创意产业区城市空间演化ABSTRACTFollowingtherapiddevelopmentofglobalizationandcreativeeconomy,theurbanspatialstructureandfunctionhavebeengreatlychanged.Consequentlytheresearchontheculturalandcreativeindustryclusterareaandthetransformationoftheurbanspacebecometwocriticaltopicsfortoday?surbandevelopment.Asacarrieroftheculturecreativeindustryagglomerationanddevelopment,theformationoftheindustrialdistrictisnotonlydirectlyreflectsthechangingsocialandeconomicpatternsandurbanspatialstructure,butalsoastheimportantsourceofenergyforremodelingtheimageofurbanspaceandfunction.Theresearchstartsfromthesystematicinterpretationoftheurbanattributeoftheculturalandcreativeindustryclusterarea,thenanalysestherelationsbetweentheclusterareaandurbanculture,economy,societyandphysicalspaces,andtheirmanifestationontheurbanspatialstructure.Subsequently,theresearchrevealstheinteractiverelationandactionmechanismofthedevelopmentofculturalandcreativeindustryclusterarea,urbanrenewalofancientcity,andthenewscientificandtechnologicalarea.Eventuallyitdiscussesthedevelopmenttrendoftheculturalandcreativeindustryclusterareaandthetransformat
