成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 中文摘要 目的：研究调肝止血法治疗中孕大鼠药物流产后子宫出血的作 用机制，并为临床治疗妇产科子宫出血症提供新的思路和方法。 方法：选择妊娠大鼠，随机分为模型组、正常妊娠组、自然恢 复组、生化汤中剂量组、归脾汤中剂量组和柴胡止血汤中剂量组。 另外设立空白对照组。于妊娠第 11 天开始灌服中药，第 13 天开始 药物流产，第 16 天股动脉放血后处死，观察大鼠子宫出血量、离 体子宫平滑肌收缩频率、张力、活动度；子宫组织中匀浆后的 VEGF 含量；子宫内膜等病理变化。 结果：中等剂量的柴胡止血汤能显著减少中孕大鼠药物流产后 子宫出血量，与自然恢复组比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）；中等剂量 的柴胡止血汤组能显著增加子宫组织中的 VEGF 含量，与自然恢复 组比较有显著性差异（p＜0.05）。中等剂量的柴胡止血汤有增加子 宫收缩频率、张力、收缩力的趋势。 结论：中等剂量的柴胡止血汤能增加药物流产后大鼠子宫组织 中 VEGF 含量，促进受损子宫内膜血管的修复，起到减少出血的作 用。 关键词：调肝止血法 柴胡止血汤 归脾汤 生化汤 大鼠中孕 药物流产 子宫出血 作用机制 The Effect of uterus hemorrhage form midtrimester pregnanced Rats coursed by pharmic abortion treat by Regulating Liver for Hemostasis in TCM ABSTRACT Purpose: To investigate the mechanisms of Chaihu Zhixuetang stopping bleeding to cure the bleeding after medicine abortion.of mid trimester of pregnancy, in order to provide experimental foundation for further investigation ofthe basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood, and to provide new thought and method to cure haemorrhagia. Method: 8 nonfertileal SDfemal rats as the norm control.51SDmidtrimester pregnancy rats were randomly divided into6 groups: modify groups,model group. pregnancy group. Shenhuatang mid dosagegroup.Guipitang mid dosage group.Chaihu Zhixutang mid dosage group. Except the normal control and the pregnancy group ,Mifepristonel and Misoprostol were given to midtrimester pregnancy rats orally Through the experiment, the quality of bleeding after medical abortion, contraction the uterine smooth muscle, the quality of VEGF in uterine,the change of the endometrium. Results: The mid Chaihu Zhixuetang can decrease the whole pare to the modify group, Chaihu Zhixuetang middle dose can reduce the quality of bleeding (p0.05). Chaihu Zhixuetang middle dose can increase the quality of VEGF in uterine,compare to the modify group (p0.05). Chaihu Zhixuetang middle dose can increase the frequency .tension and the motoricity ot uterine smooth muscle in some degree. Conclusion: Chaihu Zhixu
