Agricultural listed company is the representative of the advanced agricultural productivity, so studying on the problem of agricultural listing companies, optimizing the financing structure and improving the market value of the agricultural listed companies have certain significance in solving the problem of agriculture. On the basis of the basic theory of financing structure and a review of relevant literatures, making agricultural listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen which have been divided into agricultural herd fishery from 2006 to 2011 as research objects, this paper defines the relevant concepts. Firstly, this article analyzes the present situation of our agricultural listed companies mainly from the following two aspects. On the one hand, the paper analyzes the present conditions of the agricultural listed companies from their basic situation and characteristics and finds out that the number and size of Chinas agricultural listing corporations are small, the phenomenon of abandoning agriculture is relatively serious, the development has a diverse trend and the overall economic efficiency is not good. On the other hand, this paper made an analysis on the present situation of the financing structure of listed companies. It can be seen that Chinas agricultural listing corporations’ asset-liability ratio is low, the internal financing and external financing proportion is not harmonious, mainly based on external financing. The internal structure of liabilities is the non-current liab
