Network science has become a new form for science popularization with the characteristics of immediacy and interactivity. In the recent decades, science websites have achieved good reputation, however, the development of the whole field is relatively slow and many universal problems exist in these website. This paper uses the literature research, case analysis, and comparative study law. Firstly, it statistically analyzes the influence of the netizens on websites. Then, analysis of the current situation and existing problems and the exploration of the success of China Popular Science Exhibition Science squirrels are made to provide useful experiences for the construction of other science websites. Based on these studies，Suggestions and solutions are put forward at both macro and micro levels. At the macro level，the planning and construction of science websites as a whole are made; at the micro level, from science website itself, the quality should be improved, that is, emphasizing theoretical research, content building, technical innovation and talents cultivating
