Bmi―1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中表达Meta分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨Bmi-1蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的关系。方法：按照纳入与排除标准选择独立病例对照研究，计算机检索Cochrane、PubMed、CNKI、万方等数据库，辅以手工检索，收集2004年至今的相关文献，所有数据统计应用Rev-Man 5.2分析软件进行Meta分析。结果：共检索116篇文献，最终纳入文献8篇，累计结直肠癌667例，对照组635例。Meta分析结果示Bmi-1在结直肠癌组中的表达水平高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：Bmi-1蛋白的表达水平可能成为结直肠癌早期诊断、预后判断及疗效观察的新指标。 　　【关键词】 Bmi-1； 结直肠癌； Meta分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the relation between Bmi-1 protein expression and colorectal cancer.Method：Independent case-control studies were chosen from the gathered relevant literatures since 2004 by computer retrieval in database of Cochrane，PubMed，CNKI，Wanfang supplemented with manual retrieval according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria，which were conducted statistical Meta analysis by Rev-Man 5.2 analysis software.Result：Eventually 8 references was included from 116 literatures，which accumulated 667 cases of colorectal cancer and 635 cases of the control group.Meta analysis results showed the expression level of Bmi-1 in colorectal cancer group was higher than the control group，the correlation was statistic significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression level of Bmi-1 protein may be a new indicator for the early diagnosis，prognostic and curative effect observation on colorectal cancer. 　　【Key words】 Bmi-1； Colorectal cancer； Meta analysis 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University，Nanning 530021，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.11.031 　　Bmi-1基因是在转基因鼠的淋巴瘤细胞传代中首次被提出的一种转录抑制因子、原癌基因[1]，为多梳基因家族的成员之一，亦称为B细胞特异性莫洛尼白血病毒插入位点1（B-cell specific moloney leukemia virusinserti on site 1）。研究证实，正常情况下，在多种成体干细胞中都可表达Bmi-1基因，且其主要作用是维持正常神经、造血、胃肠及乳腺干细胞的自我更新[2]，个体发育得益于其适量表达。而目前认为，肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、预后等结局与Bmi-1基因在肿瘤细胞中的高度表达水平具有一定的相关性。近年来，国内外学者针对于Bmi-1基因在结直肠癌中的表达情况及其能否在结直肠癌早期诊断、疗效评判及预后评估中发挥作用等问题，已成为新的研究热点。受限于研究对象、方法及实验条件不尽相同等客观因素的影响，该方向的研究结果不能完全一致，而且质量总是互有出入、参差不齐。因此，本研究对国内外多个通过免疫组织化学法来检测结直肠癌组织中Bmi-1表达情况的文献进行Meta分析，从而为探究Bmi-1蛋白与结直肠癌的关系，进行一个较为系统的评价与分析，为结直肠癌的发生、发展研究及临床诊疗提供一个参考方向。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 文献检索 分别以“Bmi-1 and colore
