A型肉毒毒素联合安坦治疗Meige综合征临床观察 　　【摘要】目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合安坦治疗 Meige综合征的疗效。方法将2009～2013年神经内科门诊确诊为Meige综合征的患者分为两组。2009年3月～2011年7月期间的14例病例为A组，2011年8月～2013年12月期间的17例病例为B组，A组单独使用肉毒毒素治疗，B组则在使用肉毒毒素注射基础上同时使用安坦片口服（2 mg/片）1～2 mg，每日3次。两组患者均采取门诊定期复诊及电话询问的形式进行随访。对比观察两组患者临床疗效、注射剂量、疗效持续时间及副作用等。结果B组的临床疗效显著优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），B组的疗效持续时间长于A组，差异有统计学意义（P001）。两组患者注射A型肉毒毒素期间副作用均较为轻微，1.5～2周症状可自行缓解、消失。结论A型肉毒毒素联合安坦治疗Meige综合征可以提高临床疗效，延长疗效持续时间，从而减少A型肉毒毒素的注射次数。 　　【关键词】A型肉毒毒素；安坦；Meige综合征；局灶性肌张力障碍 　　中图分类号：R746 文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2015.04.015 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe curative effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with artane in treatment of Meige syndrome.MethodsPatients who were diagnosed with Meige syndrome in neurology clinic from 2009 to 2013 were divided into two groups.14 cases from March，2009 to July，2011 were selected as group A，and 17 cases from August，2011 to December，2013 were selected as group B.The group A were treated with botulinum toxin only，and based on which the group B were added 1～2 mg（2 mg per tablet） of oral artane three times a day.Both groups were given followup visits by regular reexamination in outpatient clinic or inquiring by phone.And curative effects，injection doses，effective duration and sideeffects were compared between the two groups.Results Curative effect of the group A was better than that of the group B，and difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Effective duration of the group B was longer than that of the group A，so difference was statistically significant （P0.01）.Side effects of botulinum toxin type A injection were moderate in both groups，and the symptoms could relieve and disappear on their own within 1.5～2 weeks.ConclusionBotulinum toxin type A combined with artane in the treatment of Meige syndrome can increase clinical efficacy and extend effective duration，so as to reduce injection times of botulinum toxin type A injection. 　　【Key words】botulinum toxin type A；artane；Meige syndrome；focal dystonia 　　Meige综合征系临床上治疗相对困难的一类局灶性肌张
