67例慢性心力衰竭临床护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的 探究分析慢性心力衰竭的临床护理对策及应用效果。方法 67例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规护理组（34例）和综合护理组（33例）， 常规护理组给予基础护理， 综合护理组给予综合护理。对比两组患者护理前后抑郁量表评分及满意度。结果 两组患者护理后抑郁量表评分较护理前明显降低， 综合护理组较常规护理组相比显著降低（P0.05）。常规护理组的满意度为76.47%， 综合护理组的满意度为90.91%， 综合护理组的满意度明显高于常规护理组（P0.05）。结论 对于慢性心力衰竭患者给予综合护理可显著降低抑郁评分， 提高满意度， 值得临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 慢性心力衰竭；护理；抑郁量表；满意度 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.29.148 　　Clinical nursing experience of 67 chronic heart failure cases YUAN Ni-na. Qingdao Licang District Central Hospital， Qingdao 266041， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze clinical nursing measures and application effect for chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 67 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into conventional nursing group （34 cases） and comprehensive nursing group （33 cases）. The conventional group received basic nursing and the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing. Depression scale score and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Compared with that before nursing， both groups had obviously reduced depression scale score after nursing， and the comprehensive nursing group had much lower score than the conventional nursing group （P0.05）. The conventional nursing group had satisfaction degree as 76.47%， and the comprehensive nursing group had it as 90.91%. The comprehensive nursing group had much higher satisfaction degree than the conventional nursing group （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing can remarkably reduce depression score and improve satisfaction degree in chronic heart failure patients.
