MRC矫治器对儿童口腔不良习惯临床治疗效果分析 　　摘要：目的 分析儿童口腔不良习惯致错颌畸形的发生情况以及采用MRC矫治器治疗的效果，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选取2014年4月～2017年4月在我院配合调查的儿童共580例，调查口腔不良习惯在不同牙龄期儿童中的发生率，统计总体样本和有口腔不良习惯群体中错颌畸形的发生率。在常规治疗基础上采用MRC矫治器对因口腔不良习惯致错颌畸形的患儿进行治疗。结果 580例被调查的儿童中存在口腔不良习惯者45例，占7.76%，存在口腔不良习惯儿童中错颌畸形者40例，占88.89%，明显高于总体样本中错颌畸形的发生率，比较有显著差异（P0.05）。40例口腔不良习惯致错颌畸形患儿经MRC矫治器治疗后有33例患儿的口腔不良习惯得以矫正，咬合关系改善，达到个别正常牙合，有效率为82.50%。结论 采用MRC矫治器治疗儿童口腔不良习惯致错颌畸形效果显著，具有推广应用价值。 　　关键词：儿童口腔不良习惯；错颌畸形；MRC矫治器 　　中图分类号：R783.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）17-0071-02 Clinical Analysis of MRC Appliance in the Treatment of Childrens Bad Oral Habits 　　JIN Xiang 　　（Department of Stomatology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianjin 300101，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the childrens oral bad habits caused by the incidence of malocclusion and the effect of MRC appliance in the treatment，to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 580 children were selected from our hospital in April 2014 to April 2017，to investigate the prevalence of bad oral habits among children of different age groups，and to compare the prevalence of malocclusion in the general population and those with bad oral habits.On the basis of routine treatment，MRC appliance was used to treat children with malocclusion caused by bad oral habits.Results Among the 580 children surveyed，there were 45 cases of oral bad habits，accounting for 7.76%.There were 40 cases of malocclusion in children，accounting for 88.89%，the incidence of malocclusion was significantly higher than that in the overall sample（P0.05）.40 cases of malocclusion caused by bad oral habits were treated by MRC appliance.The oral habits of 33 children were corrected，the occlusal relation improved， and the normal occlusion was achieved.The effective rate was 82.50%.Conclusion MRC appliance is an effective way to treat malocclusion caused by bad oral habits in children，and it is worthy of popularization and application. 　　Key words：Childrens bad oral h
