Gab2在宫颈癌组织中表达及临床意义 　　[摘要]目的 探讨Gab2在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况与临床病理特征的相关性。方法 随机选取遵义医学院附属医院病理科保存的2012年1月～2013年12月经病理确诊的80例宫颈癌组织标本及20例正常宫颈组织标本，分别采用免疫组织化学实验方法检测Gab2在宫颈癌组织及正常宫颈组织中的表达情况，并结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果 Gab2蛋白在80例宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为58.75%（47/80），而在20例正常宫颈组织中仅3例呈弱阳性表达，阳性表达率为0.00%，两组结果比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。Gab2高表达患者的复发转移率显著高于Gab2低表达患者（P=0.001）。结论 Gab2可能在宫颈癌发生和进展中起着重要作用，可能具有作为宫颈癌预后判断标志物的潜能。 　　[关键词]宫颈癌；Gab2；免疫组织化学；淋巴结转移 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0008-03 　　Expression and clinical significance of Gab2 in cervical cancer tissue 　　ZHANG Yan CHENG Long DUAN Wen-li LIU Xiao ZHOU Hang 　　Department of Abdominal Oncology，Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College，Guizhou Province，Zunyi 563000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of Gab2 in cervical cancer tissue and the clinical pathological features.Methods 80 cervical cancer specimens definitely diagnosed by pathology from January 2012 to December 2013 and 20 normal cervical tissue specimens which were stored in our Department of Pathology were randomly selected in our hospital.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Gab2 in cervical cancer tissues and normal cervical tissues，and was statistically analyzed together with the clinical and pathological data.Results The positive expression rate of Gab2 in 80 cervical cancer tissues was 58.75% （47/80），and in the 20 normal cervical tissues，only 3 cases were presented with weak positive expression.The rate of positive expression was 0%，which was displayed a statistical difference （P0.05）.The recurrence and metastasis rate in patients with high Gab2 expression was significantly higher than that of low expression of Gab2 （P=0.001）.Conclusion Gab2 may play an important role in the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer，and may be considered as a potential for prognostic marker of cervical cancer. 　　[Key words]Cervical cancer；Gab2；Immunohistochemistry；Lymph node metastasis 　　宫颈癌（cervical cancer，CC
