MCM2Rb蛋白在鼻咽癌中表达及其临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨MCM2、Rb蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达以及临床意义。 方法 通过使用免疫组织性化学检测方法，对2010～2015年期间在我院进行诊疗的60例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象。分析患者的鼻咽正常黏膜组织标本中的MCM2、Rb的表达水平情况如何。 结果 有远处转移组的MCM2的表达水平不同于无远处转移组。患者中的人鼻咽癌组织中的MCM2的阳性率为84.00%，相?^于正常鼻咽黏膜组织，明显优于正常的鼻咽黏膜组织（69.45%），两者之间差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。Rb蛋白在患者的鼻咽黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为71.90%，相较于正常鼻咽黏膜组织明显优于正常情况，差异有统计学意义。 结论 MCM2、Rb蛋白能够很好的对人体中的鼻咽黏膜中癌细胞的增长状态进行反应，从而使得患者的病情能够很快的得以确认，对患者病情诊断以及后期预后诊疗存在显著的临床意义。 　　[关键词] MCM2、Rb蛋白；鼻咽癌病症；远处转移；免疫组织化学检测 　　[中图分类号] R739.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-212-03 　　Expression of MCM2 and Rb protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance 　　Zhong Yuhong Cai Kaigui Zhu Jinzhou 　　Huadu District People’s Hospital of Guangzhou City，Guangzhou 510800，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of MCM2 and Rb protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method in our hospital from 2010 to 2015. The patient’s MCM2， Rb expression level of nasopharyngeal normal mucosal tissue samples were analyzed. Results The expression level of MCM2 in distant metastasis group was different from that in no distant metastasis group. The positive rate of MCM2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was 84.00%， which was significantly higher than that in normal nasopharyngeal mucosa （69.45%）. And there was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. The positive expression rate of Rb protein in nasopharyngeal mucosa was 71.90%， which was significantly different from that of normal nasopharyngeal mucosa. Conclusion MCM2 and Rb proteins can react well to the growth status of cancer cells in the nasopharyngeal mucosa of the human body， so that the patient’s condition can be confirmed quickly.
