NICU新生儿呼吸衰竭护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的 分析新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床护理疗效。方法 68例呼吸衰竭疾病患儿， 随机分为对照组和研究组， 各34例。对照组患儿进行常规护理治疗， 研究组患儿进行综合性护理干预， 观察比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、患儿家属满意度及患儿死亡率。结果 研究组患者的总有效率97.06%显著高于对照组的70.59%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患儿家属的总满意度94.12%显著高于对照组的67.65%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患儿的死亡率0显著低于对照组的17.65%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在NICU呼吸衰竭的疾病患儿中应用综合护理干预， 能明显提高其临床疗效， 值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 新生儿重症监护病房；呼吸衰竭；护理效果；新生儿 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.093 　　Nursing experience of NICU neonatal respiratory failure LIU Qian-qian. Methods A total of 68 respiratory failure children were randomly divided into control group and research group， with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Observation were made on clinical treatment effect， family satisfaction and mortality of children in two groups. Results The research group had obviously higher total effective rate as 97.06% than 70.59% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The research group had obviously higher total satisfaction of family as 94.12% than 67.65% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The research group had obviously lower mortality as 0 than 17.65% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
