T.spotTB联合结核抗体检测在结核病诊断中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨T.spotTB联合结核抗体检测在结核病诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选择我院于2016年5月～2017年5月期间收治的结核病患者89例（结核组），非结核呼吸系统患者74例（非结核组）；另选择我院2016年5月～2017年5月期间健康体检者50例作为对照组。观察采用T.spotTB、结核抗体检测结核病的阳性率及联合检测灵敏度和特异度。 结果 T.spotTB检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组，非结核组阳性率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；结核抗体检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组，非结核组阳性率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；T.spotTB联合结核抗体检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组，非结核组阳性率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；T.spotTB联合结核抗体检测灵敏度和特异度高于T.spotTB、结核抗体。 结论 T.spotTB联合结核抗体检测在结核病诊断中具有重要价值，诊断阳性率较高，且联合诊断灵敏度和特异度较高。 　　[关键词] T.spotTB；结核抗体；结核病；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R521 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）01-0127-03 　　The value of T.spotTB combined with tuberculosis antibody test in the diagnosis of tuberculosis 　　ZHANG Shicai 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， Taian Tumour Prevention and Treatment Hospital in Shandong Province 271000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of T.spotTB combined with tuberculosis antibody in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
