PDCA循环管理模式在哮喘中西医护理模式中应用效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨治疗哮喘中西医护理模式的护理流程对改善护理质量的效果分析。方法：选取护理人员60名作为调查对象，于护理模式改进前后分别对其进行问卷调查，其次随机抽取住院超过3 d的患者及家属63人作为调查对象，于护理模式改进前后分别对其进行问卷调查。结果：治疗哮喘中西医护理流程再造PDCA循环管理模式后，患者的满意度由81.7%上升至98.3%，护士的满意度由71.7%上升至100%，护理质量反馈由（90.1±3.2）分上升至（98.5±2.8）分，患者及家属健康教育知晓率由65.1%上升至93.7%。结论：在治疗哮喘中西医护理流程再造PDCA循环管理模式，充分体现了“以患者为中心”的服务宗旨，实现了人力资源的合理配置，提高了护理工作效率，加强了环节质量控制，保证了护理医疗安全，实现了护理质量和患者、家属、护士满意度的整体提高。 　　【关键词】 护理流程再造； 哮喘； 中西医护理； 优质护理； PDCA循环管理 　　中图分类号 R562.2 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）19-0067-02 　　The Analysis of the Effect of Applying PDCA Circulation Management Mode of Western Medicine in Asthma Nursing Mode/LI Li-hong，LIU Xiao-mei，ZENG Bi-feng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（19）：67-68 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese and western medicine nursing care process to improve the nursing quality.Method：Selected 60 nurses as investigation object firstly，had questionnaire survey twice on before and after nursing mode improvement， then randomly selected 63 hospitalized patients with more than 3 days as investigation object， had questionnaire survey twice on before and after nursing mode improvement.Result：After nursing mode improvement， Patient satisfaction scores rised from 81.7% to 98.3%， nurses’ satisfaction scores rised from 71.7% to 100%， nursing quality scores rised from （90.1±3.2） points to （98.5±2.8） points， health education witting rate rised from 65.1% to 93.7%.Conclusion：Making PDCA cycle management model applied to asthma in Chinese and western medicine nursing， fully embodies the taking patients as the center the service objective， realize the rational allocation of human resources， improve the efficiency of nursing work， strengthens the link quality control， ensure the nursing medical safety， implement the nursing quality and patients， families and nurses’ satisfaction to improve as a whole. 　　【Key words】 Nursing process reengineering； Asthma； Chinese and western medicine nursing； Good nursing quality； PDCA cycle mana
