精益生产理论在精神科护理安全质量管理中应用研究 　　[摘要]目的 研究在精神科护理安全管理中应用“精益生产”理念，探索精神科护理安全管理的有效模式。方法 选择我院精神科25名护士，2016年4～5月采用常规的护理安全管理（对照组）；2016年6～11月则采用“精益生产”理论和管理工具应用到精神科护理安全质量管理中（观察组）。比较两组的护理安全质量、患者满意度及护士安全知识知晓情况。结果 实施精益管理后，观察组病区查对制度评分为（96.93±1.13）分、安全检查评分为（97.5±1.25）分，患者满意度为（98.95±0.95）%、护士安全知识知晓率为90.83%。各项考核结果均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 通过在护理安全系统中开展精益管理，有效提高了患者满意度，护士的安全意识不断提升，护理安全质量提高，“精益生产”理念安全有效。 　　[关键词]精益生产；精神科；护理安全质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（a）-0163-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the application of “lean production”theory in the nursing safety management of psychiatric department，explore the effective mode of nursing safety management in psychiatric department.Methods 25 cases psychiatric nurses in our hospital were selected，from April 2016 to May，the nursing safety management routine was adopted（control group），from June 2016 to November，the “lean production”theory and management tools were applied to psychiatric nursing quality and safety management（observation group）.The nursing safety quality，patient satisfaction and nurses′safety knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The implementation of lean management，the observation group in check system pass score was （96.93±1.13） points，security checks pass score was （97.5±1.25） points，the satisfaction of the patients was （98.95±0.95）%，the nurse safety knowledge rate was 90.83%.Compared with the control group，the results of each examination were significantly higher than those in control group，the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Through the implementation of lean management in the nursing safety system，it can effectively improve the patient satisfaction，improve the safety awareness of nurses，improve the quality of nursing safety，and the concept of “lean production” is safe and effective. 　　[Key words]Lean production；Psychiatry department；Nursing safety quality 　　?o理安全是指患者在接受护理的全过程中，不发生法律和法定的规章制度允许范围以外的心理、机体结构或功能上的损害、障碍、缺陷或死亡[1]。精神病患者
