不同方法治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的效果比较 　　[摘要]目的 比?^甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍与门冬胰岛素30对新诊断2型糖尿病（T2DM）的疗效与安全性。方法 选取2015年10月～2016年10月在我院内分泌科住院治疗的68例新诊断T2DM患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍组（Gla+Mel组）和门冬胰岛素30组（Asp 30组），每组各34例，两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖情况、血糖达标时间、低血糖事件发生率及患者满意率。结果 治疗4周后，两组患者的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c均明显低于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者的血糖达标时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。Gla+Mel组患者的低血糖发生率明显低于Asp 30组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。Gla+Mel组患者的满意率明显高于Asp 30组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于新诊断的2 型糖尿病患者，甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍可以良好控制血糖，并且低血糖发生率低、治疗满意度高。 　　[关键词]糖尿病2型；甘精胰岛素；二甲双胍；门冬胰岛素30 　　[中图分类号] R977.15 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（c）-0098-03 　　Effect comparison of different methods in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus 　　ZHAO Sa SHI Yi-shan 　　Department of Endocrinology，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College，Liaoning Province，Shenyang 110002，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between Glargine Insulin plus Melformin and Insulin Aspart 30 Injections in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients （T2DM）.Methods A total of 68 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who hospitalized in the endocrinology department of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as subjects and were randomized into Glargine Insulin plus Melformin group （Gla+Mel group） and Insulin Aspart 30 Injections group （Asp 30 group），34 cases in each group，and they were treated for four weeks.The blood glucose，the blood glucose up to standard time，the incidence of hypoglycemia and the patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment，the FBG，2 h PG and HbA1c of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The blood glucose up to standard time of patients in the two group were compared，and the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence of hypoglycemia in Gla+Mel group was significantly lower than that in the Asp 30 group，an
